We’ve had this Hagen water bowl for about three years now and the cats really love it – it’s best to use already cold bottled water [it stays rather cold!] to prevent a slimy bacterial infestation and a hard water scale from mucking up the pump and leaving mineral stains in the dome – of course – the bottled water is better for the cats too. It takes three days for ten cats to drain it – the filter lasts about a month. They are good for small dogs too!
