Mel has been blind for 2.5 years. See his other videos before he went blind. He tested positive for feline leukemia. Wuzzy, however has tested negative and takes annual shots. Mel has been stable, so we hope he lives a long time. He’s taking lysine, n-acetylcysteine, cimetidine, and aloe vera extract, with good results. He adapted well and has memorized the house. He still jumps on stuff and climbs and chases stuff! He still loves to go outside and we babysit him in the backyard every night (during warm weather) for an hour or two where he cannot escape!
